Job...Job...Job...

Well it's official, i'm finally going back to work. It's been a year since I have worked. I will be working for Sanford and for those of you who don't live in Sioux Falls its a huge hospital system in town/region. I'm really looking forward to getting into the healthcare system as I believe it's where I want to be forever. Rylan is going to be heading to a daycare center. I'm really worried about how he will do. I'm sure the first week will be hard for him but I think he will also enjoy being with other kids. The less time with Rylan really makes me sad... But I'm very thankful that he is almost 8 months and i'm just going back to work...

Rylan's first boat ride...

Last weekend we went to the river with Casey's parents and aunt Kris. We were finally able to get Rylan on his first boat ride. He was not a fan of his life jacket. We had a great time, the weather was beautiful. We fished and did not have much luck, nothing was big enough. Oh well, still nice to get out and enjoy the day. I'm pretty sure Casey can't wait to teach his little boy how to fish.Casey and Rylan

Rylan took a nice nap on the boat.

Pool Day!

Today Rylan and I went over to my friend Maggie's house to play in the pool with her son Isaac. Rylan and Isaac are exactly 7 months apart and will be best friends some day! The weather was perfect and the boys enjoyed the pool. Here are a few pictures.

Paris

Casey and I went to Paris last week. We left Monday and returned on Friday. He had to do some work business. The trip was short but we still had a great time. We were actually ready to get home to see our little guy. While we were gone my mom took off the week from work to watch Rylan. I think she really enjoyed her time alone with him. But it appears when we are having sleeping problems with Ry we just need to call Grandma Mary. Rylan is now sleeping thru the night and no longer cries when we put him in his crib. Thanks Mom! There is no better gift then a great sleeping child.
